When ever I have a question or a problem Lisa is right there for it. She goes above and beyond to make sure the outcome is good and explains in detail for me. Lisa helped my daughter when she had an accident and even asked if she was ok or needed anything before even going on about the claim. I've never had an insurance company treat me like I was a person rather then a number. I have had others help me in the office also and they have treated me the same way. I get offers from other insurance companies all the time wanting me to let them have a chance to lower my insurance but I won't be going anywhere else even if it would be lower.

I made a post on Facebook that I was unhappy with my insurance company. Someone recommended McMillan Agency, so I contacted Lester on Facebook. He helped with all of my questions, got me better coverage then my last agent and for less than what I paid and that was with getting life insurance, too. He covered my wife’s wedding ring and everything was still less than what I paid before. Pretty pleased with the process and I look forward to having Lester as my agent. Finally facebook was good for something.
